Reformer

Today was my weekly reformer class.

I am so grateful I have found this place. It opened about 2 years ago. 2 adorable women had decided to launch this amazing studio with a physio take on the gym.

And they proposed Pilates reformer classes for up to 4 people at a time only.

I was already so fed up at the time with group exercises classes with 30 people in one big overheated and smelly room. I wanted something more private, with trainers that would know me and correct me if I did not do the movements the right way. Because let’s face it. If you don’t do it the right way, you’ll never achieve your goals and you can hurt yourself.

So that was the perfect place. And I loved reformer from day 1 : a gentle way to gain some muscle and get a better posture.

I started to go twice a week to see some results. Now I only go once a week as I decided to add some other sports activities during the week. But it is still very challenging. And I love it that the exercises change every time. Even after all these classes I attended I am never bored.
