Too many kilos piled up over the last few years (“That’s OK, I will shed those in a couple of weeks!”)
Too much alcohol (“I had such a bad day!” / “It’s so sunny outside!”)
Not enough sleep (“We’re almost there, I’m sure she will stop waking us up in the middle of the night!”)…
I know my lifestyle is not the best…
And suddenly I have a look at those recent pictures of me where I do not recognise myself anymore.
So after years (I will not tell how many yet…) of saying sports was just not for me, I decided that I had to turn my life around.
Little by little, bit by bit…
And this has been the best decision I have ever made !
